Why do I have to open an account to use MoneyNetint services?

An account is required under the strict Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. We are obliged to carry out the full compliance procedures on all our clients.

What is the Moneynetint policy?

MoneyNetint complies with all money laundering legislation and guidelines. We have a legal obligation to report to Customs and Excise / NCIS any suspicious transactions.

  1. The law requires us to monitor any unusual or suspicious transactions of any size where we have reasonable grounds to believe the money is derived from illegal activity. When a report of any such transaction is made, MoneyNetint accepts no liability for any delay in transmission of the funds.
  2. The law also requires us to keep full records of all transactions of 15,000 USD (about 10.000 GBP) and above, together with copies of identification provided. Identification may be in the form of a passport, or driving licence with photograph, and proof of address in the form of a recent (within the last three months) utility bill / community charge bill.
We are unable to process any transaction where this information is not provided.

Why am I being requested to provide documentation?

As a regulated UK company and online service provider, MoneyNetint requires specific documentation to help ensure the security of our users and to comply with the rules and regulations imposed by the UK government and our associated banks. For this reason, we may ask for additional documentation even if you have already received payments in the past.

My application was rejected – May I receive explanations for the rejection?

We apologise, but under the English law, we cannot share with you the reason for the rejection nor provide you with further information about our risk & compliance committee’s decision. Our decision is final.
